Here’s how to do it:
By the middle of September, connect, one-on-one, with each subject teacher.
Introduce yourself.
Make your goals known.
Be polite.
Be assertive.
Be confident.
Don’t be a wall flower.
Don’t be a “know it all.”
Don’t “kiss up.”
Be a proactive, motivated person who’s not afraid to ask for help or voice concerns.
